Meeting with Sharon Heleine for CV help

Today I went to speak to Sharon Heleine, one of the careers advisors at college to get some help putting together a CV for my application to the Its Nice That internship.

Advice :

• Develop a more visually appealing way of presenting your portfolio (look at creative CVs).
• Think of its layout, include a branding 'logo' and icons for personal information. 
• Highlight key words from the Its Nice That job description and include these in your personal statement. 
• Put a strong emphasis on your experience - give a short description of what you did and skills you learnt from this. 
• Consider including a skills section ie. photoshop, indesign, blogging & research, after effects.
